Avocado Salad A la Guacamole

DIRECTIONS
Halve the avocadoes lengthwise. Remove the pits and scoop out the inner flesh leaving some adhering to the skin so that there is a thick firm shell remaining.
Rub a little of the lemon juice on the inner surface of the shells to prevent discoloration.
Cut the scooped-out flesh into cubes, place in a bowl, and stir in the rest of the lemon juice.
Skin, deseed, and chop the tomatoes.
Chop the celery, red pepper, and onion and add these ingredients and the tomatoes to the avocado in the bowl.
Add the garlic, squeezed through a press, parsley, cream, and seasoning.
Combine the mixture well; it will thicken and make its own salad dressing.
