Pumpkin Cupcakes

DIRECTIONS
With an electric mixer, mix together in a bowl the pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar. Beat until well blended.
In another bowl sift together the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients, blending until smooth. Fold in raisins. Place cupcake papers in a cupcake pan. Fill the cupcakes 2/3 to 3/4 full.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Allow to cool and frost if desired. These go perfect with Cream Cheese Icing.
