Beef Fajitas

DIRECTIONS
Trim the meat of all visible fat. Lightly pound with a meat tenderizer to an even thickness. Marinate 3 to 4 hours, covered and refrigerated.
Heat an outdoor grill to make a hot fire. Remove the meat from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides over the hot fire about 2 minutes per side. Cover and set aside.
Heat the sizzling sauce in a small pan. Cut the meat into thin strips. Place an iron skillet over high heat. Add a few drops of oil and stir-fry the meat a few seconds to reheat. Drizzle with the sizzling sauce, and serve with warm flour tortillas and accompaniments. Makes enough for two per person.
