DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Separate the pita bread into 2 rounds. Butter one side of each round, place on a baking sheet, and sprinkle liberally with the cinnamon sugar. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Dot with the cream cheese; place in the oven briefly to soften the cheese, then spread. Sprinkle House Blend over the cheese.
