Cereal Snowmen

  • Place the cereal in a very large bowl. Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the marshmallows; cook and stir until melted. Pour over the cereal and stir to coat.
  • Slightly dampen your hands or coat your palms lightly with cooking spray. Form half of the mixture into large balls, using 1 cup mixture per ball. Form the remaining mixture into medium and small balls to stack on the snowmen bases. Stack the cereal balls to form snowmen; push pretzel-stick arms into the sides of the middle ball. Add raisins for eyes and make candy-corn noses. Arrange a row of mini jawbreakers, gumdrops, or red hots for buttons. For snowmen's scarves, cut rectangles out of fruit leather and wrap around the necks.
