  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Thoroughly press the cookie dough a greased 12-inch pizza pan or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 5 minutes, or until just firm.
  • Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and sugar; spread on the crust. Bake for 15 to 25 more minutes, or until set. Let cool; arrange the fresh fruit on top.
