DIRECTIONS
Beat the whipping cream in a large mixing bowl until frothy; add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form. Fold in 3 cups of the cereal.
Spread the cream mixture in a 9-inch springform pan; freeze. Layer the ice creams over the cream mixture, allowing each layer to refreeze before spreading the next layer. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cereal. Cover and freeze. Remove the side of the pan before cutting into wedges.
