DIRECTIONS
Cut the stem end from the bell peppers, and remove the seeds and white fiber. Wash peppers well, and place in an 8-quart pot of boiling water. Add salt, and return the water to a boil. Boil, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Drain water from peppers.
Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray. Place peppers in dish, open side up. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium heat. Sauté ground turkey and onion until light brown, breaking up turkey as it cooks. Stir in tomato sauce, rice, thyme, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 5 to 8 minutes, until well blended.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spoon mixture evenly into bell pepper shells. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes, until lightly browned on top.
