DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients in a mediumsized bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
Shape the mixture into six 3-inch patties. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray, and preheat over medium-low heat. Arrange the patties in the skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until nicely browned and no longer pink inside. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
