Tacos

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven 350°. Heat taco shells according to the package directions.
For filling, in a large skillet cook meat, onion, and garlic till meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in chili peppers; chili powder; hot pepper sauce, if desired; and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat through.
Fill each taco shell with some of the meat mixture. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. If desired, serve with taco sauce, sour cream, and guacamole.
Microwave Instructions: Heat taco shells according to package directions. In a 1-1/2-quart casserole micro-cook the meat, onion, and garlic, covered, on 100% power (high) for 4 to 6 minutes or till no pink remains, stirring once. Drain. Stir in chili peppers; chili powder; hot pepper sauce, if desired; and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cook on high about 1 minute more or till heated through. Serve as above.
