Banana Surprise

Make two decorator bags by cutting a 1/4-inch corner off one of the lower corners of each sandwich bag. Fill the corner of each bag with your fillings (fill one with peanut butter and the other with chocolate or strawberry frosting).
Cut each banana in half lengthwise with a knife. Use a straw or the end of a potato peeler to scoop out the center of each banana half. If you are using a straw, you can push out the banana simply by squeezing the straw on one end and sliding your fingers to the other end.
Now you can squeeze the makeshift decorator bags and pipe the fillings into the center of the banana halves. You can press the banana halves together again so it looks like an ordinary banana. But when you bite into the banana, you will see and taste the fillings!
