  • Depending on your child's age, he or she might be able to pour the various ingredients into the measuring cup. You can use a 1-cup measure for the cheese crackers and pretzel sticks, and your child can help you count one-two-three cups for each. Once all of the ingredients are measured, your child can pour them into a storage-size Ziploc bag. Now comes the fun part--have your child shake and flip the bag to evenly mix the ingredients. Pour the snack mix into a serving bowl for a party, or store in a large Ziploc bag until needed for snacks or for placing in lunchboxes.
