  • Completely dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water in a large glass bowl. Add green food coloring to the gelatin. Add the blue food coloring to the club soda. Very carefully add the bubbling blue witches' potion (club soda) to the gelatin and stir the mixture until it is slightly thickened.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual see-through plastic cups (about eight 8-ounce cups). Add assorted candies and treats before the gelatin sets. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
