Combine in mixer bowl. Let rest until frothy.

Combine. Add to yeast mixture. Attach dough hook. Mix at low speed until dough is elastic, smooth, and leaves side of bowl, about 12 to 15 minutes. Add flour as needed to prevent dough from sticking to sides of bowl and climbing the dough hook. Transfer dough to large oiled bowl. Cover. Let rest until double in volume, about 1 to 2 hours. Divide dough as needed.
