Spiced Black Bean Salad

DIRECTIONS

  • Drain beans in colander. Rinse and drain well. Transfer to large bowl.
  • Add hot sauce, onions, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, and jalapenos to beans. Toss well to combine.
  • Combine lime juice, vinaigrette, garlic, cilantro and cumin in mixer bowl with whip attachment. Whip well. Transfer to bean mixture. Toss gently but completely. Transfer to storage container. Cover. Chill well.
