Apple and Dried Fruit Stuffing

DIRECTIONS
Preheat conventional oven to 350°.
Heat oil in a skillet. Add celery and onion; cook until transparent. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sage, thyme, marjoram, apple, nuts, figs, currants or raisins, cranberries, and parsley. Add celery and onion and stir to combine. Add broth and mix well.
Spray a shallow 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Put dressing in the baking dish. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook. Cover with foil and bake in the oven 30 to 45 minutes.
