  • Remove shells, if needed, from prawns and rinse in cold water.
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet, add garlic, and sauté until golden.
  • Add shrimp or prawns and sauté until almost cooked (not quite pink and opaque); add beans, undrained tomatoes, basil, parsley, and pepper.
