DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl combine rice, orange, apple, and grapes. For dressing, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Pour over fruit mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. If necessary, add milk to moisten. Before serving, stir in peanuts.
