Fruity Slaw

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl combine shredded cabbage, cubed honeydew melon or cantaloupe, pineapple chunks, strawberries, and, if desired, poppy seed. Cover and chill up to 3 hours. Just before serving, add pineapple, lemon, or vanilla yogurt. Toss gently till the cabbage and fruit are coated. Transfer slaw to a salad bowl, if desired.
