Avocado Stuffed With Seared Tuna

DIRECTIONS
Prepare the grill and heat until extra hot.
Sprinkle the tuna generously with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna quickly until well browned on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Let cool, then cut into 1/4-inch slices. Place sliced tuna in a shallow pan, cover with lime juice, and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
Transfer the tuna to a large bowl and sprinkle with the tomato, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and olive oil, reserving some of the mixture for garnish. Season with salt and pepper and toss lightly.
To serve, place each avocado half, cut side up, on a bed of sliced cabbage on a large platter or individual plates. Put 2 to 3 slices of the tuna on each avocado half, and spoon the remaining tomato-pepper mixture on top. Garnish with radishes, lime, and cilantro sprigs.
