Simple White Chocolate Mousse

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
  • While the chocolate is melting whip the cream and vanilla to stiff peaks. Be careful not over-whip the cream.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool slightly. Fold the chocolate carefully into the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
