INGREDIENTS

1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
12 ozs ham slices, 1 to 2 inches thick, preferably cut from the center of the ham
1 cup milk

Baked Ham Slice

DIRECTIONS

Make a paste of the mustard, brown sugar, and just enough water to blend. Spread the paste over the ham slice, place in a lightly oiled baking pan, pour over it 1 cup milk, and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until just tender.
