Grilled Jerk Beef Sandwiches

DIRECTIONS
Place steak and marinade in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat. Refrigerate and marinate several hours or overnight.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steak on grill; grill, turning once, 16-21 minutes or until desired doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium).
Remove from grill and allow steak to rest 5-10 minutes. Thinly slice steak against the grain at a 45°angle.
Spread mustard on 4 slices of bread. Top with steak, cheese, spinach, tomatoes and remaining bread. Spray bread with olive oil cooking spray.
Place sandwiches back on grill; grill 1 minute per side or until golden brown, pressing sandwich together as it grills.
