Animal Cracker Caramel Snack Mix by Essential Everyday™

DIRECTIONS
- In large roasting pan, combine cheese puffs, crackers, funnel snacks and pretzels; set aside.
- In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, water and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour over snack mix; stir until well coated.
- Bake in a preheated 300°F oven 15 minutes, stirring half way through. Remove from oven and spread on wax paper. Quickly separate; let cool. Store in an airtight container.
