Baja Chicken

DIRECTIONS
Heat a large a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and cook chicken over medium-high heat until chicken is thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the middle. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
To the pan add the zucchini and onion and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp, yet tender. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the dissolved chicken bullion mix and bring to a simmer. Add the sour cream and mix to combine.
Add the warm chicken into the mix and toss together until coated. Garnish as desired.
