DIRECTIONS

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Brush chicken with mayo; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • PLACE in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • BAKE 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serving Suggestion: Add some sweet potatoes to the oven when you bake the chicken. Then, round out the meal with some steamed broccoli and a fruit salad.
