Cranberry Pear Relish

DIRECTIONS
Combine cranberries, pears, orange sections and raisins in a food processor. Cover and pulse with several on/off turns until finely chopped (be sure not to puree).
Combine the cranberry mixture with the orange peel, brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and salt in a medium bowl.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
