Garlic and Rosemary-Glazed Ham

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel skin and trim all but about ¼ inch of fat from the ham. Discard skin and fat. Using a sharp knife, score ham in a diamond pattern, cutting ¼-inch deep. Transfer ham to a large roasting pan.
Combine garlic and rosemary in a small bowl; mix well.
Using fingers, press garlic and rosemary firmly into the cuts of the diamond pattern.
Combine brown sugar, mustard and orange peel in a small bowl; mix well. Brush mixture evenly over ham.
Roast ham in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
