DIRECTIONS
Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. Place shrimp in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add jerk seasoning and oil. Seal bag; shake gently to coat shrimp evenly with oil and seasoning. Marinate shrimp in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Combine pineapple, papaya, bell pepper, sweet onion, garlic, lime peel and lime juice in a medium bowl. Cover and chill until serving time.
To serve, combine shrimp and relish mixture. If desired, garnish with lime wedges.
