Cinnamon Raisin Bread with Maple Sauce

Cinnamon Raisin Bread with Maple Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350F. Place 1/4 cup butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole; melt butter in oven (about 5 minutes). Add bread cubes; toss to coat.
  • Combine all remaining pudding ingredients in medium bowl; stir to blend. Pour over bread cubes. Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Cook 5-6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue cooking 3-4 minutes until mixture is thickened.
  • Serve warm sauce over warm bread pudding.
