Grilled Spicy Shrimp

DIRECTIONS
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except the shrimp.
In a shallow glass baking pan, place the shrimp and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 - 24 hours. (The longer the shrimp are marinated, the better the results.)
Remove the shrimp from the marinade and place on short bamboo skewers, 4 shrimp per skewer. Grill on high for 2 minutes on each side. Baste often with the remaining marinade.
Serve the shrimp on the skewers with spicy-hot cocktail sauce on the side.
