DIRECTIONS

  • Trim excess fat from pork. Cut pork into 2 x 1 x 1/8-inch slices. (Pork is easier to cut if partially frozen, about 30 minutes.)
  • Toss pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and garlic in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  • Heat work or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil; rotate work to coat side. Add pork; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add broccoli, onions and water chestnuts; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in broth; heat to boiling. Stir in peanuts. Serve with rice.
