Szechuan Pork

DIRECTIONS
Trim excess fat from pork. Cut pork into 2 x 1 x 1/8-inch slices. (Pork is easier to cut if partially frozen, about 30 minutes.)
Toss pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, red pepper and garlic in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Heat work or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil; rotate work to coat side. Add pork; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Add broccoli, onions and water chestnuts; stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in broth; heat to boiling. Stir in peanuts. Serve with rice.
