Turkey with Asparagus

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix broth, lemon juice, cornstarch, soy sauce and salt.
  • Prepare asparagus; cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add 1 tbsp oil; rotate wok to coat side. Add turkey and garlic; stir-fry about 3 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove turkey from wok; keep warm.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil to wok; rotate wok to coat side. Add asparagus; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Add pimientos and cornstarch mixture to wok. Cook and stir about 1 minute or until sauce thickens. Stir in turkey.
