Turkey with Creamy Salsa

DIRECTIONS

  • Melt 1 tbsp of the margarine in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of turkey with salt and pepper. Cook half of the turkey in margarine about 3 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center. Remove turkey from skillet; keep warm. Repeat with remaining margarine and turkey.
  • Stir salsa, soy sauce, lime juice and garlic into skillet. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Pour sauce over turkey. Garnish with onions.
