  • For raspberry layer, pour boiling water on raspberry-flavored gelatin in medium bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in frozen raspberries. Refrigerate uncovered 20 to 40 minutes, until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites; pour into 8-cup mold or square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until almost firm.
  • For orange layer, pour boiling water on orange-flavored gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved; stir gradually into cream cheese. Refrigerate uncovered 30 to 40 minutes until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Mix in orange segments (with syrup); pour evenly on raspberry layer. Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until almost firm.
  • For lime layer, pour boiling water on lime-flavored gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple (with juice). Refrigerate uncovered 30 to 40 minutes until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Pour evenly on orange layer. Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm; unmold or cut into pieces.
