Chicken Breast Citron

DIRECTIONS
Place the chicken pieces in a large shallow baking dish. In a small bowl, combine both the juices and pour over the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove the chicken from the marinade and set aside the remaining marinade. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Herbes de Provence,
flour, paprika, and pepper and dredge the chicken. Place skin-side up in a shallow baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
While baking, place the reserved marinade in a small saucepan and add the stock, sugar, and herbs. Heat to a boil and set aside.
After baking for 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven, lay one lemon slice on each piece, and pour the sauce over all. Return to the oven and bake for 20 minutes more. Serve immediately.
