DIRECTIONS
Heat all ingredients to boiling in Dutch oven, stirring frequently; reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered about 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Once the liquid has cooked out and pulp remains immediately pour into hot, sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Wipe rims of jars; seal. Cool for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator up to 2 months. Use as a bread spread or in desserts.
