Wild Berry Cobbler with Lemon Curd Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. In a 10-inch baking dish, melt the butter. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together the flour, 1 cup of the sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the cream. Spoon the mixture over the melted butter in the baking dish.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan, heat together the remaining sugar and the berries until just warm. Pour the berry mixture over the crust mixture and bake until the crust rises to the surface and turns golden brown, about 45 - 50 minutes.
  • Spoon the lemon sauce onto each dessert plate and top with a slice of the warm cobbler. Serve immediately.
