Apple Raisin Pie Supreme

DIRECTIONS
Soak apples and raisins overnight in orange juice. Drain and save any excess juice.
Add lemon juice, honey, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the fruit. Put apples and raisins in bottom of uncooked crust. Dribble any remaining orange juice over fruit.
Sprinkle fruit with flour. Dot with butter. Make criss-cross top with strips of remaining pie dough. Brush dough with sweetened egg white.
Bake 10 minutes at 450°. Lower temperature to 300° and bake for 1 hour more.
