DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the raspberry sauce. Chill a medium-sized bowl and beaters in the freezer.
  • In a large saucepan, combine the oats and milk and simmer over medium heat for 4 - 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the sugar and remove from heat. Cool. Add the liqueur and set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and heat over medium-high heat until the gelatin is dissolved. Cool.
  • Add the cooled gelatin and yogurt to the reserved oat mixture and whisk together well. In the chilled bowl, whip the cream until stiff and fold into the oat mixture. Gently pour the mixture into a ring mold and chill for several hours or overnight.
  • Unmold onto a serving dish and carefully pour the chilled raspberry sauce around the edge. Fill the center with the fresh berries and surround the outside edge with additional berries. Pour additional sauce over the berries in the center. Serve immediately.
