Smokin’ Beef Brisket and Grilled Corn with Avocado Butter
Jun 18th, 2014
Brisket is a great BBQ dish for any summer get together, but if it isn’t done right, it can lead to tough & dry meat. Here are some tips to ensure the perfect brisket and grilled corn!
Brisket is a tough meat – slow & steady is the name of the game. That ensures that it goes from tough to tender
Marinade the meat overnight in the fridge.
Grill slowly on low heat for two hours – be patient; it will all be worth it!
Don’t throw out that leftover juice. Put it on top of the meat before serving to make it even juicier!
For the perfect grilled corn, soak your corn in cold water first so the corn steams and cooks simultaneously!
