5 Ways to Create the Perfect Signature Spa Water

Optimal hydration is vital to overall health, but it can be difficult to ensure you are getting enough water each day. From spa water to wellness water, infused water and detox water, adding fresh produce, herbs and spices to water is a simple way to make drinking more water delicious. Step 1: Select the Base

    Love these drinks, I have made similar ones. In fact when I go to a restaurant/bar I always ask for Soda Water and ask the waiter to check and see what fruit they have available, unfortuntely not much as a rule. Also when I drink white wine, I add fruit, just to mix it up. That always gets attention when I am out. Strangers will ask me what I am drinking.
