From thinly-sliced roasted veal to a classic Milanese Osso Buco, you’ll enjoy each course with an exquisite wine pairing from Groth Vineyards & Winery. Dinner will be hosted by winemaker Michael Weis. His wine-making philosophy is simple, “be true to varietal integrity,” Weis says. “Minimize manipulation through gentle handling. Express the character of the vineyard location.”
