Going Green

“Eat your greens!!”  Science – and our mothers – tell us they’ll give us long life, help us fight disease, provide good skin, an immune system boost, and best of all, they’ll give us the energy to conquer our day. But how do we get them in? And in the tastiest way possible?  Did you know that there are plenty of ways to add greens to your diet everyday!  Depending on how adventurous you’re feeling, you could hide them in so you’ll never know they’re there, you could make them the star of the show like in a salad, or you could think outside the box. Whether its spinach, kale, romaine, Bibb, whatever leaf you choose, there are many delicious opportunities to go green for March!

1.) Magic Act: take those nutritious greens and transform them so you’ll never know what nutritional power you’re sipping with two “go green” smoothies.
