I redeemed 60 stamps and paid the difference of $24.99 for the lasagna pan. I was very disappointed to realize that the lasagna pan pictured is different than the one I received. My pan has cheap/round handles instead of the stamped/flat handles shown in the picture.

I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment in the lasagna pan you received, Lucy. We want all of your valued customers to be satisfied with the cookware they purchase and receive. Please email us at so that we may assist you further. ~Shawna

My daughter asked me to pick up her pan (she had 160 points) because she was going out of town. She showed me the pan she wanted, then I realized it was the same one she already had (the 12″ open non-stick skillet.) I have not removed the packaging from it. Would it be possible to exchange for a different item?

    • Customer Care 05/01/2015 at 4:51 am

Hello there, Jennifer. We would be happy to see if that pan can be exchanged. Which Albertsons location do you shop at? Feel free to e-mail us at with the store location and the best way to contact you. ~Stephanie

So we have thru tomorrow or is it the last day today?

  4. Chrystal 06/01/2015 at 1:14 pm

I have been out of town and went to my local Albertson’s on 1/5/15 to redeem my stamps. I ws informed that the pans I wanted were out of stock and there are no “rain checks”. If they get pans in before the end of 1/6/15 they will call me, but I HAVE to redeem my stmps by 1/6/15. Very disappointing since I would like a skillet but if I redeem my stamps for something else (to meet the deadline) and they get the skillet in then I am SOL…

I went to both my local Albertsons today to redeem my stamps (100) but neither of my local stores had any stock left… I know I waited until the last day but was disappointed that all of the stock was gone 🙁

I went to Albertsons in Ammon, Idaho on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 to get my pan. I was told that they do not have any; all of the stores in Idaho Falls, ID were out. I only had 50 + stamps but wanted the free pan. Disappointed

Any chance at all to redeem stamps that didn’t get returned to store by deadline? We have a full booklet that was discovered yesterday. Not picky about what we get, just don’t want to listen to my husband complain that I stuck the booklet in a drawer. Any help is appreciated. We live in 76016 in Texas.

    • Customer Care 14/01/2015 at 1:59 am

Hello, Kathleen. We do apologize the last day to redeem was 1/6/15, and the promotion is now over. We apologize for any inconvenience. ~Cindy

  14. Mark 18/01/2015 at 8:29 pm

I have been posting since the night the offer ended. There were no pans/skillets, etc…the display was taken down. 2 lanes open and backed up no one to talk to. I inquired at my store in Alpine, California 91901 recently since I was shopping and I noticed many folks standing in line receiving skillets, pots,,,, I was not on the list. Could you please put on the list at this store and I have 80 stamps enough for the open 8 inch skillet.? Thank you very much, Mark

    • Customer Care 19/01/2015 at 7:33 am

Good morning, Mark. I’m sorry to hear about your store on Alpine being out of the Cuisinart Cookware. I’ve forwarded your request to be added to the list and you’ll be contacted back by the Store Director by the end of the next business day. I hope you have a great week. ~Shasta

  15. Jeff 16/02/2015 at 9:47 pm

After savings up enough stamps for a 10″ skillet, I went into my local Albertson’s to redeem them before 1/6/2015 only to find out they were out of 10″ skillets. 3 times throughout the month January customer service wrote down my name, phone number and promised me I would get a call when the order came in because apparently my situation happened a lot,so Albertson’s extended the deadline. I went in to Albertson’s 2 weeks ago, explained my issue to the manager on-duty and she disappointedly brushed it off as if she could afford to loose a customer…..It sure does make it hard to say Albertson’s is my home store.

I’m sorry to hear that you were not able to get the cookware you were hoping to get, Jeff. Can you let me know which store you had left your information with? I look forward to your response. ~Cindy

  18. Connie Anderson 05/11/2015 at 11:41 am

Are there any plans for another Cuisinart stamp collection ? This promotion was enough to make me switch from shopping ar Krogers. I am hoping you can tell me there’ll be another one soon?

  19. Karen Foster 19/01/2016 at 11:14 pm

Hi I left my stamps sheet at home and didn’t make it back to claim the steak knives I was collecting for. Will the stores still honor the stamps tomorrow if they still have product?

    • Customer Support 20/01/2016 at 3:55 pm

Karen, this will depend on the promotional stock that is available. We do welcome you to speak with anyone at the Customer Service booth regarding this. Thanks! -Rebecca, Customer Support

  20. Wendy Baker 09/01/2017 at 9:53 am

Please let me know if there are any extentions for the stamps in my area. I have been very sick, and was not able to redeem my stamps.
    Thank you!

    • Customer Support 09/01/2017 at 5:11 pm

Wendy, is it possible you are referring to the Farberware promotion? The last day to collect has already past, but you have until 1/17/17 to redeem. Are there any friends or family members you may be able to collect stamps from? -Julio
