Do I need to register to earn Points?
You earn points every time you use your club card or registered phone number at checkout. In order to redeem Grocery Rewards, you must register for an account on a participating Albertsons Companies banner mobile app. If you already have an online account (e.g. just for U®), you do not need to re-register.

Do I have to pay a membership fee?
Our Rewards program is free. Just use your registered phone number at checkout.

How do I earn Points?
It’s easy to earn Points just by shopping at participating Albertsons Companies Banner stores and using your registered phone number at checkout:

  • Every $1 spent on eligible groceries* = 1 Point
  • Every $1 spent on qualifying gift cards* = 2 Points
  • Every $1 spent on qualifying pharmacy charges* = 1 Point

* Eligible purchases exclude:  (1) beer, wine and tobacco (and spirits in certain states); (2) fuel and automotive services; (3) bus passes, commuter passes, fishing or hunting licenses, ski passes, postage stamps, lottery tickets, amusement park passes, and event tickets; (4) any financial instrument that can be redeemed for goods or services at participating Albertsons Companies Banner stores – including (but not limited to) gift certificates, money orders, and gift or debit cards issued by American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, NetSpend®, PayPower™, Green Dot®, Univision Mastercard®, or any Albertsons Companies Banner store; (5) mobile phone cards; (6) all fuel gift cards, including but not limited to Chevron and/or Texaco; and (7) all fluid items in the refrigerated dairy section—including fluid dairy substitutes, depending on state and local laws.  Sales tax payments and redemption value deposits are not purchases and are not eligible to earn points.  Only out-of-pocket pharmacy costs (for example, prescription co-pays) are eligible to earn points.  Program may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.  Online and in-store prices, discounts, and offers may differ.  Void or subject to restrictions based upon applicable law.

Is there a limit to how many Points and Rewards I can earn?
No. You can earn an unlimited number of Points and Rewards during each month. Each month is a separate earning period; previous and current months’ Points do not combine.

Can I combine earned Points across all Albertsons Companies banner stores?
Yes, all Points earned at any participating Albertsons Companies Banner store using the same rewards account or registered phone number are combined.

Do Points and Rewards expire?
Yes, Points convert to Rewards in increments of 100 (100 Points = 1 Reward). At the end of each month, any Points less than 100 expire. Rewards expire at the end of the month following the one in which they were earned.

For example, if 225 Points are earned in January, 25 Points would expire 2AM Mountain Time on February 1st. The remaining 200 Points automatically convert to 2 Rewards and are available for use until they expire at 2AM Mountain Time on March 1st.

How do I keep track of my Points and Rewards?
You can track your Points and Rewards online or through any Albertsons Companies Banner store app.

Can I view Grocery Reward offers on the website?
Currently, Grocery Reward offers are only available on participating Albertsons Companies Banner store mobile apps.

How do I redeem my Rewards for discounts on groceries?
Sign in to your participating Albertsons Companies Banner store mobile app and click on the Rewards tab to view available Reward offers. When you select an item, your Rewards balance will decrease by the corresponding Reward amount and that offer will load to your account ready for you to claim immediately. The next time you shop, enter your registered phone number at checkout to claim your Reward.

Can I redeem multiple offers at the same time?
Yes. For example, if you have 10 Rewards available, you may redeem one offer for 5 Rewards, one for 3 Rewards, and one for 2 Rewards, and pick up all three items on your next shopping trip (in-store or through our Online Grocery Ordering Service).

Can I pick up my item at any store?
Grocery Rewards is only available at participating Albertsons Companies Banner stores in select areas. Items are available to pick up at the store you have selected within the mobile app.

How long are the offers available?
Offers shown are valid through the end of the current month. Once you select an offer, you have until the end of the following month to claim the item in-store or through our Online Grocery Ordering Service, therefore you always have at least one full month to claim your item or discount.

What happens if I select an item in the Rewards Gallery and then change my mind?
Once you confirm your selection, you may not claim a different Reward offer with those same Rewards.

What happens if the item I’ve selected is out of stock in my store?
If you cannot find your item, the customer service counter should be able to assist you.

Why can’t I click on some of the Rewards offers?
Items are greyed out if you don’t have a sufficient Rewards balance. When you earn additional Rewards, these items will become available to you.

Where do I see which items I have ready to claim?
In the Rewards section of participating Albertsons Companies Banner store apps, click on My Grocery Rewards for a list of all items ready to claim. Items are also shown in My List.
