How do you Hummus?

As a kid, hummus was one of those foods where because it sounded like it was good for me, then I didn’t eat it.  As I’ve gotten older, it’s a food that not only have I grown to appreciate, but it has also become a healthy staple in my diet.  

Of course, I started out with your basic “Roasted Garlic Hummus.”  But, did you know that there are so many different ways you can prepare hummus??  Just think of plain hummus as the perfect canvas for your favorite vegetables and spices!  Try a few of these bad boys out; you won’t be sorry!
