    Went to claim my FREE Shutterfly Reusable Shopping Bag Reward today. I was told by Shutterfly’s customer service that I would have to pay tax and shipping costs to get my FREE bag!!! So how is this FREE as the winning coupon states? I didn’t even bother to ask how much it would cost but for what I saw on their site it would be about $7-$8 for a FREE bag.

    I would like to play and win, but our local store has been out of the tickets. We shopped there 3 different times last week and each time we were told they had run out! Plus, we cannot cash in our Instant Winner tickets for the extra tickets. So in the meantime people are winning and we are sitting on the sidelines just watching.

    When I tried to get my Fandango rewards, yes I have 2, there is no where on the Fandango website to redeem the prizes, the instructions say to click on Promo but there is no such thing.

    where or how do I “cash” in my fandango tokens and what is the “prize”?

      Joann, collect ten (10) Fandango Reward Tokens in “My Account” on the website to reveal a Fandango “Redeem” button, click on this button to be automatically transferred to the Fandango redemption website. Follow the prompts necessary to redeem the prize, accept the terms and conditions to receive a $5 Fandango Reward consisting of either a Visa e-gift card, Fandango Now Money or a Fandango Certificate.     Keep trying to enter monopoly on-line and every time I try to get the site, I get one word – forbidden [I have over 150 tickets to enter]

    Finally got to open up and separate my 200+ Monopoly tickets, and 15 of them were for a different game: Nickelodeon. As I have no idea what this game is all about (and I have no grandchildren, either), is there a way to turn them in and get tickets for the Monopoly game instead? I applaud your branching out with other sponsors, but it’s getting more complicated every year (and I’ve played since the beginning!) Thanks.

      Alexsandra, thanks for reaching out to us. The Nickelodeon Codes are for the Nickelodeon Sweepstakes. You can register online on the website. If you decide to register, you can then enter your codes. Each code will be automatically entered into the Nickelodeon Sweepstakes which is a drawing where you can win additional prizes. Unfortunately, you cannot exchange these at the Store for more Monopoly Tickets.     i just want to comment
    im impressed on the questions and answers that are being provided
    this was the first year i actually payed attention to the game and there were many many free items instantly and the fandango, i had no issue turning in and i havnt redeemed any yet but it wouldnt matter as i received so many other free items that it wont matter.
    this was a great game this year, and it seems that you are handling customers issues well also.
    no, i do not work for albertsons and i shop there randomly as our local smiths stores have suddenly decided to charge much more than usual, and i dont know why. it did give me a chance to visit albertsons again.
    not related, cashiers NEED to remind customers when its senior day and to enter their phone numbers. they claim once they hit total, they cant add it.
    this is not good for business, i want my gas rewards too.

    After reading the comment about the “FREE” Shutterfly Reusable Shopping Bag Reward…I won 2 of them BUT it is NOT “FREE” if we are to pay shipping. It is the only prizes I have ever won since this game started. I am totally disgusted to see my win is nothing but a total bust.

    winners @ the store level like a candy bar,
    one string cheese, one cookie, one animal cracker, one paper towel, one salt, one bag of chips, one can of biscuits, one bread, one
    can tuna, one can of dog food, one Dollar,
    2 Dollars, 3 dollars, 4 dollars, 5 dollars and
    how about 20 dollars not all this shutterfly crap.

    I agree with the other comments about shutterfly, even though it is a nice site all they are doing is getting free advertising and not free products like it claims. I really hope that the monopoly marketing team takes better time to look at other ways at promoting this game. I have been playing for a while, I mean years at tearing open all these tickets and haven’t seen to many people from Delaware win on the board except a few and I’m still hoping I can be one of them, one day!! Congrats on those who have won.

    I have contacted game support twice, but hopefully I will get an answer here. When I try to log on to my account, a pop up window shows up saying that my “account has been suspended”! Please help – I have a LOT of tickets to enter.

    Also – I don’t care to win something that I actually have to wind up paying for, like a discount on flowers, a cooking class online (that tries to get you to buy the series) or free stuff online that I have to pay shipping for. It’s not really a win. Please let us win something that we can immediately redeem at the store or points of gas or something of real value.

    Went to Shutterfly to redeem my winning coupon for an 8×8 20 page photo book. There is NO where on their site to redeem this coupon. They don’t even have an 8×8 book. Total scam. Can’t even have a live chat without an order number. Total BS. Shop at Ralphs and save yourself the aggravation.

    I was pretty happy to WIN a FREE reusable shopping bag from Shutterfly. I could personalize it with a photo of my cat and add text. I had to set up an account, allow them 100MB of disk space and create the bag, before I found out that this bag is not free. 7.99 for shipping…for a bag that weighs next to nothing. Winning something that is touted as FREE needs to be FREE. Playing Monopoly takes up hours of my time, and while I appreciate a lb. of salt, a can of corn and 41 FREE DONUTS or BAGELS, I really thought that the Shutterfly “prize” is nothing more than another marketing ripoff. I have played Monopoly every time since it started and out of the 886 tickets I received this 2017 game, that is the sum total of what I have “won”…only to find out that my FREE Shutterfly winnings are not free at all. I am done with this nonsense. No one ever wins anything in this city, I have entered and entered all the possible ways, playing the accumulating jackpot, the 2nd chance online tickets, in all these years, I have only won a total of $25.00 in food gift cards and in this last game, a bunch of food that I wouldn’t eat anyway. Bagels? 41 of them? Really? And the one thing I was looking forward to was the shopping bag with my cats photo on it. I could BUY the same thing at Walgreens for less than the FREE WINNING Shutterfly shopping bag. Rip off. Y’all should be ashamed. And I am deleting my Shutterfly account, and will never purchase anything from them for participating in this farce.

    My family is very happy with our many free shutterfly items. Including our several 8 x 8 full color hard cover photo books. I was very happy to pay $8.00 shipping for a $29.99 book to be made for me and sent in an expensive protective box by first class mail. To bad the rest of you cannot see true value. Today 1st Feb. we are using the last of the salt we won from the game…..

    The website is not working nor is the app for IOS. It sucks not being able to use the new feature to redeem tickets online. I hope it get fixed.

    Hello customer support – it has been a long time since I “Played” monopoly online – and during that time I gave up the email address (verizon) and have just been using Yahoo – now I try to enter but it says I cannot – its the wrong email address – and I don’t even remember the password! – You have all the same info about me – name/address/phone number – but won’t let input new email address! – Hope you can fix it!

    Hi, I entered my Shop Play Win code online and won the Signature Café Hamburger Buns. I was logged into my account but they are not showing up as a free item online in my Just4U or on my phone. I won them on 2/12. Is there a reason I can’t see them in my Just4U? Otherwise I can’t redeem?
