Beer-Steamed Mussels
Add some flavor to steamed mussels with a pilsner or wheat brew. Don’t forget the trick to finding out if a mussel is safe to eat: Tap it on the kitchen counter. If it closes, it’s alive and safe to eat! Discard any that don’t close.
