Easy Grilled Corn
Three words. Easy. Grilled. Corn. Soak corn in water, remove and place on a medium high grill for about 15 minutes. It just that simple.
- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob (with husks)
- Water to cover husks in a bowl
Place corn in a bowl, covering with water. Let soak for 30-45 minutes. Remove from water and let dry for 5 minutes.
Place on medium high grill for about 15 minutes, turning corn 2-3 times during grilling. Remove from heat.
To remove husks, cut corn at the bottom end of the cob, cutting through the end of the cob. Pull on the top end, sliding the husk off the cob. Serve.
